Frequently asked questions
How long do the strawberries keep?
They’re best enjoyed the same day. If kept refrigerated, they stay fresh for up to 24 hours — but honestly, most boxes don’t last that long.
What if the recipient isn’t home?
I’ll call or message you during the delivery window. If the recipient isn’t available, I can leave with a neighbour or reschedule. Perishable goods can’t be left at the door.
Can I customise what’s inside?
Yes — completely. Name the occasion, or describe any look you have in mind, and I match the box to it: the shade of the chocolate, the finish of each berry, the decorations. I decorate with fresh berries — sometimes raspberries and blueberries — chocolate details and little sweets. No two boxes leave my kitchen the same.
How do I pay?
Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on the site. Bank transfer or cash on delivery if you prefer.
Do you deliver outside Auckland?
Currently I deliver only within Auckland. Same-day delivery across the region, free in Kumeū, Riverhead, Westgate, Helensville, Huapai and Kaukapakapa. If you need delivery further out, write to me and I’ll see what I can do.
Can I order for a specific time?
Yes. Add your preferred delivery window in the order notes. I’ll confirm whether it’s possible based on the route for that day.
